So, the story of Gears 6 begins based on the ending of Gears 5 where you choose to save JD or Del. But all the players are not going to save the same person.
Based on this the Gears team has to make two stories around the saved character. So, we can expect there could be 2 different games could be made featuring a Gears of War 6 sequel with 2 stories for JD and Del.
But in both Saved character sequels, the stories will continue with a mission to take down Queen Reyna who killed their team member.
